PROCESS: For cashless facility a pre-authorisation form has to be filled by the patient and doctor. For this patients are requested to contact the office after 12.30 pm on any working day. The patient is required to produce the original medical insurance card issued by the TPA or Insurance company and information like name, age, sex, policy number, card number, duration of complaints and associated health problems etc. The office personnel will guide patients in this regard. The form is faxed to the concerned TPA/ Insurance company. The response is usually notified to the patient within 24 hours. The surgery has to be done within the days specified once an authrorisation is received.
